The role leads a high‑performing team, drives planning processes, and collaborates with global finance, HR, and commercial functions to ensure launches, pricing, and market access are anchored

Qualifikationen

• Fifteen or more years of progressive finance experience in commercial, FP&A, or strategic roles.
• Experience supporting senior executives.
• Extensive experience in drug development, commercialization, launch planning, pricing, reimbursement, and US market access.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Act as the finance business partner to the US Commercial VP and BU Lead, guiding strategic decision support and resource allocation.
• Lead the annual budget, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting for the US Commercial BU.
• Oversee US revenue and operating expense management with scenario planning and portfolio optimization.
• Develop data-driven solutions to enable profitable, sustainable growth.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team aligned to Vertex leadership behaviors.
