Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in management consulting or industry leadership, strong executive communication, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in management consulting or leadership roles in operations and supply chain.
• Proven track record growing consulting practices and selling complex engagements.
• Deep expertise in supply chain strategy, due diligence, M&A integration, value creation, EBITDA, procurement, inventory, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Operations & Supply Chain Advisory practice through national business development and client expansion.
• Lead client engagements focused on supply chain transformation and performance improvement.
• Advise executive leadership and PE sponsors on value creation roadmaps and integration.
• Mentor teams, manage engagement quality, and ensure profitability and risk control.
• Develop reusable methodologies and contribute to firm-wide thought leadership.
