Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in problem solving (systems & process).
• 5+ years of experience in metrics development & reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a scalable GTM operations function that supports revenue growth.
• Oversee weekly bookings forecasts and accuracy of revenue projections.
• Develop and implement KPI tracking and reporting across GTM teams for accountability.
• Design and refine compensation and quota systems aligned with company goals.
• Drive sales enablement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce ramp times.
