Job summary

BusPatrol America LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Operations to bring discipline, visibility, and decision support to a complex public-sector sales process.

The role owns the forecasting model, pipeline analytics, CRM configuration (Salesforce/CPQ), and a modern RevOps stack to enable accurate forecasts, clear field direction, and scalable revenue growth. Occasional travel to leadership meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven 12+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations in B2G/public sector.
• Experience building forecast and pipeline discipline in complex sales cycles.
• Strong knowledge of CRM hygiene and stakeholder-based validation.

Responsibilities

• Own the forecasting model and process end-to-end with KPIs.
• Define stage entry/exit criteria grounded in procurement realities.
• Run pipeline inspection cadence with Sales leadership to drive actions.
• Standardize stakeholder mapping across procurement, officials, schools, and law enforcement.
• Encode procurement paths (piggybacks, RFPs, co-ops, board votes, direct awards) into Salesforce and reporting.
