Job summary

Entelligence seeks a strategic VP of Revenue Operations to lead and optimize the full revenue lifecycle across Sales, Delivery, and Finance. This role partners with CRO and Executives to drive forecasting, planning, and performance analytics in a fast-paced technology services environment.

The VP will own governance of revenue processes, develop the revenue scorecard, and ensure coordination across practices, customers, and partners to maximize profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in Revenue Operations or related fields.
• Senior leadership experience in a complex revenue organization.
• Experience linking CRM, PSA, financial, recruiting and BI systems.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue operating forecast across practices, customers, partners and revenue types.
• Lead revenue planning, forecasting, pipeline governance and capacity planning.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Delivery, Practices, Recruiting and Finance.
• Develop revenue scorecards, dashboards and data quality standards.
• Identify risks and opportunities; build action plans with leadership.
