Job summary

Vasion, Inc. is seeking a VP of Revenue Operations to rebuild and scale revenue processes across sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships.

You will align go-to-market strategies with company goals and drive data-driven revenue growth. Lead a cross-functional team, develop pipeline management, forecasting, and KPI dashboards, and oversee CRM and marketing automation implementation to improve efficiency and predictability.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in revenue or sales ops leadership in SaaS/tech.
• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven ability to lead operational teams and drive revenue optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine revenue strategy and execution roadmap.
• Align revenue goals with company objectives and drive initiatives.
• Re-build scalable, repeatable revenue processes across teams.
• Own revenue reporting, forecasting, and analytics dashboards.
• Identify growth opportunities and leverage data-driven insights.
• Oversee CRM and marketing automation integrations.
