Job summary

American Heritage Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Sales to lead the retail sales strategy and develop high-performing teams. You will coach branch staff, drive product adoption, and collaborate with Marketing and Training to execute plans across multiple locations.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in retail banking, CRM proficiency, and a strong track record in achieving growth through member education and cross-selling initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail branch management experience.
• Experience in contract analysis, vendor management, procurement within financial services.
• Ability to travel to all retail locations and occasional Saturdays.
• Proven track record of selling retail products and educating members.
• Advanced working knowledge of CRM DataVerity and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Observe sales acumen and coach staff to deliver premiere service and product delivery.
• Motivate staff to meet sales goals and communicate targets.
• Transform staff from order-taking to trusted advisor roles.
• Develop cross-sale strategies to deepen member relationships.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Training to drive initiatives and training.
