The role partners with Marketing, Lending, Digital Experience, Operations, Human Resources, and Compliance to execute growth initiatives, strengthen referrals, and align retail strategies with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience within retail banking or financial services.
• Experience leading multiple branches, financial centers, or markets.
• Credit union experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase membership, deposits, consumer loans, relationship depth, and member retention.
• Translate organizational priorities into actionable market and financial center growth plans with clear goals, measurements, and accountability.
• Identify opportunities through analysis of market conditions, member behaviors, competitive activity, and financial center performance.
• Establish performance dashboards, scorecards, forecasts, and business review processes to drive execution and results.
• Provide executive leadership with recommendations regarding growth opportunities, market trends, resource needs, execution challenges, and emerging risks.
