Job summary

Intrepid Credit Union in Montana seeks a Vice President of Member Growth and Retail Services to lead the branch network and call center, expanding member relationships, and strengthening community presence. You will drive a culture of trust, growth, and exceptional service while guiding sales, lending, and regulatory compliance.

The leader will be visible in markets, build partnerships with businesses and community organizations, and coach teams to deliver a superior member experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years banking leadership in branch/retail ops.
• Ability to develop business and referrals in the community.
• Proven track record in sales and service culture.
• Knowledge of consumer lending products and processes.
• Experience overseeing branch operations and/or call centers.
• Ability to coach, develop, and hold employees accountable.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and customer protections.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen member relationships through a sales/service culture.
• Develop relationships in Intrepid's markets to grow referrals.
• Coach and develop teams while maintaining accountability.
• Oversee branch network and call center operations for service quality.
• Identify lending opportunities and connect members to lending teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal controls.
