Job summary

Fetch is seeking a VP, Industry Lead, Retail to drive revenue growth with key retail partners. You’ll manage a team of sales and account professionals, coaching them to top performance and shaping GTM strategies with cross-functional partners.

You’ll own client acquisition, retention, and expansion, monitor quota progress, and scale AI-driven sales processes. This is a full-time, remote-friendly role in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in people management mentoring others to reach goals.
• 8+ years in new business and account management within digital media/advertising.
• Proven success meeting/exceeding sales quotas with key accounts.
• Strong understanding of media metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel with strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Advanced fluency with AI tools to grow accounts and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead client acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies to generate revenue.
• Oversee industry sales revenue progress and quota attainment; report to leadership.
• Provide tailored coaching to partner professionals in sales and account management.
• Direct sales to expand influence across targeted accounts.
• Develop the team’s AI fluency and adopt new processes.
• Collaborate with GTM, Finance, and People teams on hiring and culture.
• Shape sales strategies to keep Fetch a preferred partner; use benchmarks.
