Fetch is seeking a VP, Industry Lead, Food & Beverage to guide a high-performing sales and account team across the US, driving revenue and partner success. The role can be based in one of our US offices or fully remote within the United States.

You will lead hiring, coaching, and strategy to elevate performance while maintaining Fetch values and culture. You will leverage AI-driven insights, CRM excellence, and cross-functional collaboration with GTM, Finance, and People Experience to scale

Formación

• 5+ years of people management experience mentoring teams to meet goals.
• 8+ years of new business and account management in digital media or advertising.
• Proven success hitting quotas while managing key accounts.
• Strong understanding of media metrics and KPI-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel with analytic forecasting skills.
• Advanced fluency with AI tools supporting account growth.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
