Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Partner Director to drive outreach, proposals, and conversions of partners into long-term strategic partnerships. You will own complex sales cycles from outreach to close, craft proposals, and build executive relationships, with AI-powered storytelling and forecasting.

This is a full-time role, remote in the United States, with 8+ years in partnerships or sales and experience in digital media or advertising.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or a related field.
• Direct experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data.
• Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising KPIs and how media solutions drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Engage high-profile prospects by sending sales outreach, briefs, and representing Fetch at industry events.
• Drive thought leadership about Fetch and AI’s role in loyalty, commerce, and media.
• Generate revenue by converting partners and prospects into long-term strategic relationships, securing long-term revenue commitments.
• Independently articulate Fetch’s value proposition and ad products.
• Strategically plan and grow accounts from test to full partnership using AI for performance predictions and data-backed recommendations.
• Interpret and articulate data sets and use tools to generate insights, including AI-powered dashboards and campaign optimizers.
• Own development of strategic playbooks, best practices, and onboarding tools for the team, embedding AI into Fetch sales processes.
• Develop creative solutions to address complex sales challenges and unlock revenue opportunities with AI-driven pitches.
• Forecast for your book of business quarterly and annually, using AI-powered tools for precision.
• Develop gap-to-quota plans supported by AI forecasts and conversion insights.
• Manage Salesforce hygiene, maintain clean records, and track conversion risk and opportunities.
• Prioritize and meet internal and external deadlines.
• Act as a thought partner on pod performance, championing scalable AI workflows.
• Coach peers with feedback and strategic pivots.
• Collaborate with Industry Leads, Account Managers, and leadership on multi-stakeholder projects.
