Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Partner Director to independently drive client outreach, proposals, and revenue through individual and pod quota ownership. You will manage complex sales cycles, partner with Account Managers, and mentor teammates while developing AI-enabled sales strategies and processes.

You’ll own forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven pitching, working remotely from the US or from one of Fetch’s offices.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or related field.
Direct experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data.
Strong organizational and execution skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong understanding of digital advertising KPIs and how media solutions drive outcomes.
Strong communication skills across teams and with clients.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Engage high-profile prospects through outreach and proposals.
Drive revenue by converting partners into long-term strategic relationships.
Articulate Fetch’s value proposition and ad products to clients.
Strategically plan and grow accounts from test to full partnership using AI insights.
Forecast for your book of business quarterly and annually with AI-assisted tools.
Maintain Salesforce hygiene and pipeline visibility.
