Job summary

Fetch is hiring a Partner Manager, Growth to reactivate lapsed clients and expand existing partnerships. You’ll manage outreach, craft proposals, and build trusted relationships with Account Managers, leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate learning and efficiency.

As an individual contributor, you’ll own revenue targets, use LinkedIn/ZoomInfo/Salesforce for prospecting, and collaborate with senior teammates to refine approaches, while contributing to growth and campaign insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in prospecting and converting new businesses.
• Direct experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets and contribute to individual and/or team goals.
• Build prospect lists and join early conversations to expand partnerships.
• Draft and refine proposals and sales materials with AI tools and templates.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records in Salesforce and ensure visibility.
