Qualifications
- At least five years’ experience in casino marketing and sales.
- Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
- Must be able to travel for lengthy periods of time.
- Book of established gaming customers that will be new to the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Grow actual revenues annually by attracting new premium players.
- Develop and maintain guest loyalty and incremental visitation.
- Communicate with VIP players via telemarketing, email and SMS.
- Attend special events and monitor performance against local competition.
- Assist in planning VIP events and promotions to drive department success.
- Collaborate with team to drive VIP visitation and a quality gaming experience.
