Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland seeks an Executive Director of Regional Player Development to cultivate VIP relationships and drive incremental revenue through personalized engagement and exceptional service. You will increase rated play, strengthen loyalty, and encourage repeat visits by leveraging established relationships across the Live!

brand. The role emphasizes hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction to elevate the VIP experience and support market share growth.

Qualifications

At least five years’ experience in casino marketing and sales.
Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
Knowledge of Player Tracking Systems a plus.
Flexible hours including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
Willingness to travel for lengthy periods.
Established gaming customer book to bring to the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Grow revenues by attracting premium VIP players aligned with property plans.
Develop and maintain guest loyalty and incremental visitation via personalized outreach.
Communicate with VIP players to promote services, events, and promotions.
Assist in planning VIP events and host activities on and off property.
Collaborate across teams to drive VIP visitation and ensure quality gaming experiences.
Review VIP activities and promotions with department head.
Perform other duties as assigned.
