You will drive client strategy, nurture executive relationships, and lead growth initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance, affinity programs, franchise operations, or client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to QSR/franchise clients delivering customized insurance and risk management strategies.
• Build executive-level relationships and ensure a world-class client experience.
• Lead program execution with a focus on operational excellence, measurable outcomes, and long-term client retention.
• Collaborate across internal teams and carrier partners to deliver client-centric solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the QSR/franchise marketplace.
• Analyze market trends and emerging risks to uncover strategic growth opportunities.
• Represent Marsh at conferences and industry events as a visible brand ambassador.
