• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional programs from ambiguity to measurable outcomes.
• Executive presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving decisions across matrixed teams.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for compelling storytelling and executive-ready materials.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making to shape priorities and monitor value realization.
• Experience designing future-state operating models and managing change.
• MBA or another advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation: own cross-functional initiatives with clear scope, governance, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
• Translate strategy into action: convert priorities into sequenced roadmaps and executable plans.
• Design the future state: assess processes, identify improvements, and define scalable operating models.
• Build the case for change: develop problem statements, options, and business cases for leadership decisions.
• Drive integrated execution: coordinate dependencies across business, product, technology, controls, and operations.
• Lead through influence: align senior leaders and partners without direct authority.
• Communicate with executives: craft concise, decision-oriented updates and executive materials.
• Enable implementation and value realization: support pilots, adoption, and measurement.
• Advance innovation: apply AI, automation, analytics to simplify work and improve outcomes.
