Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Transformation Program/Project Manager (VP) to lead high-priority initiatives within Client Onboarding and Service. You will turn strategic priorities into executable programs, design future-state operating models, and align business, product, technology, controls, and operations toward shared outcomes.

This is a hands-on leadership role with end-to-end accountability, requiring structured problem-solving, executive communication, and disciplined execution to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience in transformation, strategy, management consulting, program management, product, or operations.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from an ambiguous problem statement through implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Executive presence with strong influencing skills and ability to align senior stakeholders.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to create polished, decision-oriented executive materials.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data and performance measures to identify insights and monitor value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation: Own complex, cross-functional initiatives with clear scope, governance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Translate strategy into action: convert priorities and OKRs into sequenced roadmaps and executable plans.
• Design the future state: assess processes, identify opportunities, and design scalable operating models.
• Build the case for change: develop problem statements, business cases, impact assessments, and success metrics.
• Drive integrated execution: coordinate dependencies across business, product, technology, controls, and operations; surface trade-offs early.
• Lead through influence: align senior leaders and matrixed partners without direct authority; maintain accountability.
• Communicate with executives: concise, decision-oriented updates that explain strategy, value, roadmaps, and risks.
• Enable implementation and value realization: support pilots, training, adoption measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Advance innovation responsibly: identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, analytics to simplify work and improve decisions.
• Strengthen transformation capabilities: develop reusable methods, playbooks, and governance standards.
