JPMorgan Chase invites a Vice President in Product, Experience and Technology Business Management to partner with senior leaders and drive strategic priorities. You will coordinate across product, technology, design, data and analytics, finance, and other stakeholders to turn strategy into actionable programs.

You will prepare executive communications, lead cross-functional alignment, manage a clear book of work, and deliver measurable outcomes while safeguarding sensitive information.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in financial services, strategy consulting, or technology functions (e.g., strategy, transformation, business management, chief operating office, or chief of staff).
• Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders and influencing across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated experience creating executive-ready presentations and written communications for senior audiences.
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel for executive materials, reporting, and data-driven insights.
• Demonstrated project management experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives from plan through execution.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leaders across product, technology, design, and data and analytics to enable effective communication and accelerate decision-making
• Prepare executive-ready materials (presentations, readouts, decision papers) that clearly articulate progress, trade-offs, issues, and recommended actions
• Lead cross-functional alignment by clarifying roles and responsibilities and ensuring follow-through across teams
• Execute the Product, Experience and Technology agenda, including planning strategic priorities and maintaining a clear book of work
• Coordinate executive communications such as town halls, business reviews, newsletters, and release highlights
• Guide identification, escalation, and mitigation of business risks, partnering with stakeholders to track actions to closure
• Produce executive-level transparency on delivery status, dependencies, risks, and value realization
• Support thought leadership and special projects by shaping crisp narratives, points of view, and executive-ready artifacts
• Streamline operating processes to improve execution speed, consistency, and quality of outcomes
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
