Job summary

Vercel Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a senior leader to build and run Product Strategy & Operations from the ground up, partnering with the CPO, EPD Leads, GTM, and Finance to align roadmaps with revenue objectives.

You will own rigor, measurement infrastructure, and planning systems to keep the roadmap funded, aligned, and delivering measurable outcomes while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Data teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product operations, business operations, strategy, or a closely adjacent function in a high-growth tech company.
• Ability to understand complex, technical products and articulate their value to non-technical audiences.
• Deep familiarity with the full software development lifecycle and experience improving those processes.
• Passion for solving highly ambiguous strategic problems and owning end-to-end execution.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience at the intersection of product and go-to-market teams in a software company.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the EPD rhythm of business: weekly operating reviews, monthly business reviews, planning cycles, and roadmap processes.
• Run the ShipOps function to enable Launch Calendar reviews and Vercel’s high velocity approach.
• Establish a product landing framework for post-launch adoption and outcome-driven learnings.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to set targets and drive pipeline creation and user launches.
• Develop competitive intelligence systems for a market view.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science to ensure analytical infrastructure supports rapid analysis.
• Support capacity planning and resource allocation with leadership for execution risk.
