Job summary

Consilio LLC is seeking a VP of Product Strategy & Program Management to architect the operational backbone of the product organization and translate market insight into actionable roadmaps. You’ll partner with the CPO and leaders across engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive launches that land with impact.

You’ll stand up four disciplines—Market Analysis, Launch Excellence, Program Management, and Product Documentation—and scale a team to deliver enterprise-grade product

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product strategy or related field with 3–5 years leading teams.
• Proven ability to mature product operations in scaling environments.
• Strong market analysis and competitive intelligence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead market strategy, competitive intelligence, and market sizing to inform roadmap.
• Own end-to-end launch framework and cross-functional launch plans.
• Build and lead a program management function to drive cross-functional product initiatives.
• Oversee product documentation quality and manage enterprise-grade knowledge resources.
• Hire, develop, and lead a team across market analysis, launch, program management, and documentation.
