Job summary

Chase Travel is seeking a Product Portfolio Operations Manager to support the Portfolio Quad, drive value delivery, and ensure efficient operations across product areas. You will lead data-driven governance, coordinate with leadership, and implement scalable processes with a focus on continuous improvement.

Expected to build strong stakeholder partnerships, deliver insights, and champion Chase values while advancing strategic initiatives and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product operations with controls and risk tracking.
• Experience establishing operating routines and portfolio support.
• Strong strategic planning, analytics, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product teams to monitor portfolio health and performance.
• Maintain data quality in systems of record (Align, Jira, PAT).
• Produce dashboards/reports to support monitoring and decision-making.
