Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Portfolio Operations Manager within the Chase Travel team to ensure value delivery and performance against business objectives.

The role focuses on supporting teams, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering collaboration aligned with Chase values. You will partner with product teams to monitor portfolio health, maintain data quality in systems of record, and develop dashboards to improve transparency and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product operations focusing on controls, risk/issue tracking, and process improvement.
• Experience establishing and supporting operating routines, governance, and portfolio support.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills; identify root causes and scalable solutions.
• Excellent documentation skills to create durable artifacts (playbooks, SOPs, procedures).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to influence across stakeholders and levels.
• Ability to simplify complex processes into clear guidance, including training materials.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product teams to gather, analyze, and report portfolio health and performance metrics.
• Maintain high-quality data in Systems of Record (e.g., Align, Jira, PAT).
• Produce recurring and ad hoc dashboards/reports to enhance portfolio monitoring and decision-making.
• Support controls and audit activities, including test coordination and leadership reporting.
• Establish and improve portfolio operating routines, governance, and ways of working to increase efficiency.
• Identify process gaps and implement scalable systems and automation, including AI-enabled approaches.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate with leadership to align execution to strategy.
• Monitor trends and performance outcomes, surface insights, and propose improvements.
