JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a seasoned Program Manager in Boston to plan and drive unified go-to-market strategies for key initiatives. You will lead cross-functional coordination, manage dependencies, and ensure readiness, adoption, training, and sales enablement through ideation to launch and stabilization.

You will report to PMO leadership, drive roadmap execution, and own the integrated market rollout with transparent milestone tracking and readiness criteria.

Competenze

• 8+ years of project/program management experience with delivering business value.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and risks in a matrix environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in change management and delivering cross-functional programs.
• Ability to frame problems and drive decisions across teams.
