55ip is seeking a seasoned Program Manager within the Platform Management & Strategy team. You will plan and drive unified go-to-market strategies for key initiatives, ensuring operational readiness and adoption.

Lead cross-functional governance to deliver complex initiatives from ideation through launch and stabilization, focusing on change management, communications, training, sales enablement, and support readiness.

Qualifications

8+ years of project/program management experience delivering business value through product/platform solutions.
Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders and hold collaborators accountable for deliverables.
Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrix environment.
Experience executing operational management and change activities while managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, cross-functional programs from ideation through implementation and post-launch execution.
Own plans, risks, decisions, and outcomes through closure.
Facilitate program forums with senior stakeholders to drive decisions and address issues/risks.
Ensure clear accountability and timely follow-through.
Establish and run launch governance with readiness reviews and cutover planning.
