Job summary

JPMorganChase, Global Equities, is seeking a Vice President Program Manager to lead and manage strategic, cross-functional programs from conception to execution within the Equities Operations Transformation team. You will drive governance, senior-level reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration across global units.

You will partner with Equities, Technology, Product Development, Finance and Operations to deliver high-impact initiatives that align with risk controls and firm-wide guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in managing or leading complex programs, in a financial services setting, from inception to execution.
• Knowledge of financial markets or related financial services.
• Demonstrable experience in project governance and senior stakeholder management.
• Exceptional, verbal and written, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex, cross-functional projects, across Equities and Prime, to deliver results aligned with business strategy.
• Define and oversee integrated program plans, aligning resources, milestones, and deliverables to strategic objectives and ensuring accountability across all workstreams.
• Manage a robust and auditable governance process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all projects.
• Establish and lead senior governance, communicating progress, update, risks and issues to a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Ensure all programs are completed in accordance with all risk, control, and other relevant firm-wide guidelines, maintaining the integrity of our control environment.
• Take ownership of high-visibility projects that directly impact the firm's strategic direction.
