• Experience partnering with product owners and tech teams to manage delivery plans and risks.
• Strong executive communication skills and governance-ready materials.
• Experience preparing scorecards, dashboards, and action logs.
• Facilitation skills for governance meetings and prioritization discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination across product and technology workstreams with defined milestones and dependencies.
• Align stakeholders across business, product, technology, and risk/control to resolve cross-program issues.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans, roadmaps, and governance cadences.
• Facilitate workshops to assess change requests and align priorities to the roadmap.
• Manage program scorecards and milestone tracking across product-owned processes.
• Coordinate release planning and release readiness activities.
