JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Location Strategy Project Manager, Vice President, to lead cross‑functional initiatives affecting Consumer and Community Banking markets.

You will oversee market‑specific projects, collaborate with Project Managers, and ensure alignment with global real estate standards. The role requires strong project management capabilities, strategic thinking, and excellent stakeholder engagement across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, operations analytics, or project management.
• Strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented, fact-based approach.
• Excellent, polished communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build partnerships at all levels of the organization.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills; manage multiple deliverables.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PitchPro, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute projects and initiatives impacting Consumer and Community Banking’s Location Strategy. Manage and partner with Project Managers within the market.
• Arrange and conduct site walkthroughs to ensure facilities maintain corporate standards and identify needs/opportunities.
• Develop understanding of sub lines of business drivers, objectives and dependencies for location strategy.
• Maintain proactive engagement with clients to stay informed on strategy adjustments and provide consultation.
• Understand and monitor adherence to Global Real Estate parameters.
• Collaborate with Real Estate Leadership ensuring alignment on market strategy and facility needs.
• Identify obstacles early and develop remediation strategies for ad-hoc requests.
• Monitor seat supply and demand and flag risk/opportunity areas.
• Build lasting relationships with key constituents to enable successful location strategy execution.
• Resolve conflicts between Lines of Business regarding Location Strategy.
