Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience delivering business value through product/platform solutions; detail oriented.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and risks, navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and hold collaborators accountable for deliverables.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills in a matrix environment.
• Demonstrated ability to execute operational and change-management activities while juggling competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from ideation through implementation, launch readiness, and post-launch execution; own plans, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• Lead and facilitate program forums with senior stakeholders to drive decisions, remove obstacles, and address issues/risks.
• Establish and run launch governance with milestones, readiness criteria, and cutover planning.
• Drive program-level roadmap execution across multiple teams and manage dependencies and risks.
• Provide ongoing visibility to program status through executive-ready reporting.
• Maintain roadmaps and ensure change-control hygiene and timely stakeholder communications.
• Design and improve PMO practices and operating-model integration to accelerate delivery.
