Job summary

BKF is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Business Development to lead the Planning and Government Solutions Division across the Western Region, including California, Oregon, and Washington. You will shape BD strategy, build and mentor the team, and drive growth with senior leadership.

You will oversee client relationships, strategic partnerships, and market expansion while collaborating with CBDO and EVP leadership to achieve BKF's long-term goals. Travel is required across the Western Region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in BD, marketing leadership, and strategic planning in A/E/C or infrastructure services.
• Experience leading BD programs and teams; proven revenue growth.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD program strategies to hit annual goals including bookings and pipeline.
• Set growth strategies for Planning & Government solutions across CA, OR, WA.
• Develop cross-selling opportunities across BKF lines of service.
• Lead and mentor the BD team; coordinate with executives and marketing.
• Drive Pursuit to Win processes, win strategies, and proposals.
• Represent BKF at industry events and client meetings to raise visibility.
