The role leads the BD strategy across the Western Region, collaborating with executives, senior leaders, and client teams to grow market share in government, transportation, water, and land development sectors.

Hybrid workplace with travel across California, Oregon, and Washington.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in business development or marketing leadership roles.
• Western U.S. markets experience preferred.
• Regular travel across CA, OR, WA.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a related field.
• Strong leadership, client relationships, strategic planning and negotiation.
• CRM experience and data-driven BD practices.

Aufgaben

• Lead BD program and strategies to achieve annual financial goals for the Division.
• Direct BD strategy and program for Planning and Government Solutions in the Western Region.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for Planning and Government services sectors.
• Partner with leadership to align markets, geographies, and client segments.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and mentor the BD team across the region and ensure CRM updates.
