Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Vice President, People Technology and Operations for a remote role within a leading Pharmaceuticals & Biotech organization. You will shape the enterprise people technology agenda and partner with the CHRO to translate strategy into scalable systems, governance, and service delivery.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in related field.
- 15+ years in people technology, HR systems, or HR transformation.
- 8+ years in leadership roles overseeing teams.
- Experience scaling people operations in complex organizations.
Responsibilities
- Own and align the people technology strategy and roadmap with business priorities.
- Lead the design and optimization of Workday and HR systems for platform effectiveness.
- Establish governance and manage demand prioritization and change control.
- Oversee data governance and integrations ensuring data quality.
- Lead digital transformation to enhance service delivery and reduce manual effort.
- Translate CHRO strategy into operational priorities and service delivery capabilities.
- Ensure accurate data and effective controls across people operations processes.
