• Experience in control management, risk, audit, or payments business/operations.
• Knowledge of risks, controls, and regulations in payments/financial services.
• Understanding of transaction lifecycle, product development, and partnership models in payments.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple complex demands.
• Excellent relationship-building with leaders and partners.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including executive presentations.
• Critical thinking and data synthesis for actionable conclusions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Visio.

• Design and maintain end-to-end control frameworks aligned with firm standards and regulatory expectations.
• Lead program oversight across Payments Transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Assess and mitigate risks for new business opportunities and partnerships; ensure proactive control coverage.
• Oversee audit, compliance, and regulatory reviews with readiness and timely responses.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for control issues.
• Advise on corporate policies, risk and control management, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive risk practices with cross-functional teams; develop executive reporting on control status.
