Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Control Manager Vice President to lead operational risk across Wires, International Payments, and strategic payment initiatives. You will work with business, product, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and legal teams to assess opportunities, document risks and controls, and strengthen governance frameworks.

You will define KPIs, drive control enhancements, and support end-to-end risk management, including issue remediation and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in financial services risk management, control or related fields.
• Experience leading governance, risk assessment, and control implementation.
• Knowledge of payment operations and modernization initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and manage operational risk across Wires and International Payments.
• Document risks, controls, and governance requirements for initiatives.
• Develop and monitor control frameworks, KPIs, and governance routines.
• Lead end-to-end risk management including issue triage and remediation planning.
• Prepare executive presentations summarizing risks, tradeoffs, and mitigations.
• Collaborate with business, product, technology, risk, and audit teams.
