Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Business Transformation Vice President within Payments to lead strategic initiatives, perform data analysis and financial modeling, and develop presentations for senior leadership. You will drive cross-functional collaboration and manage multiple projects across the Payments division.

The role focuses on executing transformation strategies, expanding to new markets, and optimizing operating models with a lean, high-impact team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience from a premier management consulting firm, a payments firm, or an investment banking division.
• Strong interest in payments required.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and a team attitude.
• Diverse problem solving experience across financial services.
• Outstanding ability to analyze problems and communicate effectively.
• Open to developmental feedback from peers.
• Excellent and efficient MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Payments experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to resolve problems identified by senior management of J.P. Morgan Payments.
• Manage Strategy & Transformation project teams.
• Gather, synthesize, analyze and present project data and findings.
• Execute analyses and provide insights to identify issues and recommendations.
• Develop strategic presentations for internal/external audiences.
• Execute on market expansion strategy.
• Monitor industry trends and share reports with the team and senior executives.
• Foster collaboration and mutual accountability across teams.
• Handle multiple projects across J.P. Morgan Payments.
