• Detail-oriented, compliant, and ethical in settlements and payment processing.
• Willingness to work global hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume payment processing, including validating global currency fund transfers.
• Process payments for FX products and verification with detailed research.
• Identify and resolve procedural or operational issues in payments processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients across locations.
• Detect and prevent payment errors and mitigate risk.
• Contribute to process optimization and customer experience improvements.
• Coach and mentor teammates to uphold service standards.
• Interface with other operations to resolve escalated inquiries.
• Learn and apply innovation, market product knowledge, and AI to improve processes.
