Job summary

JPMorganChase in Miami seeks a Product Solutions Manager in Payments to lead solutioning for key client relationships and prospects. You will define and configure complex, tailor-made product solutions in partnership with Sales, acting as the voice of the customer and feeding insights to Product teams.

You will collaborate across Payments Sales, product management, and RFP teams to respond to client needs, influence the product roadmap, and expand our market share across Puerto Rico and Latin

Qualifications

• 5+ years solving problems across multiple teams and products.
• Extensive experience in a sales cycle and engaging with clients regularly.
• Experience tailoring preconfigured solutions for complex problems.
• Proven ability to operate in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Leads solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients' needs and objectives.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products with a deep understanding of clients' needs and current industry trends.
• Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge by collaborating on training and collateral materials.
• Engages with client teams to better understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap.
• Identifies and engages potential clients to expand our market share, with a focus on Puerto Rico and Latin American clients.
• Work closely with Payments sales, product management, and the request for proposal team to coordinate responses and make informed.
