Job summary

J.P. Morgan Payments is seeking a Client Solutions Architect Manager to lead delivery of complex payment solutions for strategic clients in Chicago.

You will bridge product capabilities with client challenges, mentor teams, and drive adoption of innovative payment solutions across sales and delivery stakeholders. You will partner with Product Management, Sales, and Implementation to define requirements, guide solution configurations, and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of payment systems and solutions across Treasury Services/Payments or Merchant Services.
• Ability to translate client needs into viable solution configurations.

Responsibilities

• Leads configuration and modification of the firm’s products and solutions to fit complex client use cases.
• Supports Sales in solutioning, pricing, pipeline, and account planning.
• Delivers presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities to client teams.
• Defines development requirements for product design enhancements from client feedback.
• Partners with Product Management to drive change management and launch readiness.
• Collaborates with Service, Sales, Implementation and other teams for updates and training.
• Documents processes and drives efficiency in projects.
• Leads complex client implementations to project completion.
