• 5–8+ years of product management or closely related roles with enterprise-scale products.
• Experience with product lifecycle strategy from discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Applied familiarity with AI, analytics, or automation-enabled products.
• Ability to define success metrics and translate data into decisions.
• Familiarity with operating in regulated environments including legal/compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Sets product vision and strategy for Payments Sales experiences leveraging AI, analytics, and automation.
• Partners with Design, Data, Technology to identify and fund high-value opportunities.
• Owns end-to-end product accountability across data, compliance, risk, and operations.
• Leads discovery and insight generation through user research, journey mapping, and market analysis.
• Establishes and monitors success metrics and guides prioritization and investment decisions.
• Drives execution excellence with engineering, data science, and design teams.
• Champions responsible AI practices including governance, risk management, and transparency.
• Develops and mentors product managers and communicates strategy to executives.
