JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President, Product Manager to drive payments platforms from ideation to production, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable payment solutions that meet customer needs and operate reliably at scale.

You will lead product delivery, define KPIs, and work with engineering, design, and analytics to translate requirements into actionable plans, while ensuring risk controls and QA processes are embedded in the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services and/or product management.
• Experience enabling change within large, highly matrixed organizations across multiple functions (engineering, architecture, design).
• Passion for understanding customer needs and building scalable platforms.
• Ability to think strategically while ensuring execution details.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, engineering practices, and Agile product development lifecycle.
• Proven track record of managing risk and controls.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or comparable field.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Design and Analytics to develop and deliver product/platform strategies from 0-1.
• Own and manage the product delivery lifecycle from ideation to production.
• Define product goals and KPIs to translate into user stories and process flows.
• Work with developers and testers to translate requirements into designs, test plans and scripts.
• Conduct pre-release reviews including regression testing and QA for production readiness.
• Manage product backlog creation and grooming; support agile delivery and GTM efforts.
• Monitor performance against goals and plan enhancements with remediation.
• Collaborate with Risk, Controls, Legal, Compliance to ensure strong risk controls.
