Benebone seeks a strategic, hands-on VP of Operations to own end-to-end operations, supply chain, and delivery. You will set the operating strategy, build a high-performing team, and partner with the CEO to scale manufacturing, quality, and logistics for direct-to-consumer and retail channels.

You will drive S&OP alignment, manage international suppliers, and push for cost efficiencies while maintaining quality.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in operations and supply chain, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
Proven record of leading end-to-end supply chain for consumer products sold through retail and e-commerce.
Experience managing overseas contract manufacturers and import operations.
Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams, including managers.
Strong financial acumen including budgeting, COGS, landed cost, working capital, and P&L impact.
Knowledge of retailer and Amazon compliance including EDI, routing guides, and chargebacks.
NetSuite experience strongly preferred.

Mansioni

Lead all U.S. operations and supply chain across planning, purchasing, production, quality, logistics, warehousing, and order fulfillment.
Set and deliver the operations strategy, annual operating plan, and department budget with the COO and Executive Team.
Build and develop a high-performing Operations team of managers, planners, and coordinators.
Own S&OP process, aligning demand forecasts, inventory targets, production plans, and purchasing with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
Manage relationships with international manufacturing partners; oversee capacity planning and cost negotiations.
Champion product quality and safety with Product on specs, testing, certifications, and regulatory needs.
Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, freight, 3PL, warehousing, and compliance.
Lead order-to-cash across retail, distributor, and e-commerce channels including Amazon and EDI.
Maintain inventory health and balance in-stock vs aging stock.
Drive improvements in COGS, landed cost, freight spend, and working capital.
Set KPIs and executive dashboards for clear performance visibility.
Scale systems across NetSuite, planning tools, Power BI, EDI, and warehouse platforms.
Strengthen supply chain resilience with dual sourcing and risk planning.
Guide operations during new product launches and packaging changes.
Foster safety, continuous improvement, and a culture of fun.
