Job summary

Cohere Beauty Omaha is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end supply chain strategy across three manufacturing sites in Omaha, NE. This executive role requires translating demand and launches into actionable operating plans while improving service, reducing cost, and enabling scalable growth.

The ideal candidate brings 10–15+ years in senior supply-chain leadership, deep batch/manufacturing expertise, and proficiency in S&OP/S&OE, planning, procurement, and inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10–15+ years of senior supply-chain leadership experience.
• Experience in contract manufacturing, CDMO, beauty/personal care or similar industries.
• Deep knowledge of batch/process manufacturing and packaging.
• Strong Skills in S&OP, S&OE, planning, procurement, inventory, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution aligned with customer and growth goals.
• Be the primary supply chain voice on the executive team, flagging risks and opportunities.
• Translate orders, forecasts, and launches into supply scenarios with costs and inventory implications.
• Steer S&OP and S&OE processes and weekly cadence across 0–4 weeks.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize production capacity across multiple sites.
• Partner with Commercial, R&D, Quality, and Finance to accelerate new product introductions.
