Job summary

Cohere Beauty Omaha Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end supply chain strategy across multiple sites in Omaha, NE.

You will translate demand, launches and growth objectives into executable plans while guiding procurement, inventory, and customer service at the executive level. The role requires deep batch manufacturing and packaging experience in beauty/personal care, strong leadership, and the ability to drive cost, service, and working capital improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10–15+ years in senior supply-chain/operations leadership.
• Experience in contract manufacturing, CDMO, or beauty/personal care.
• Deep knowledge of batch/process manufacturing and packaging.
• Leadership across S&OP, S&OE, demand and supply planning, procurement, inventory and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution.
• Serve on the executive leadership team as the primary supply chain voice.
• Translate orders, forecasts and launches into supply scenarios with clear implications.
• Lead and improve S&OP and S&OE processes.
• Own the weekly S&OE cadence and address shortages, constraints and risks.
• Partner with Commercial and Customer Service to improve forecast quality.
• Provide leadership for procurement and strategic sourcing.
• Develop inventory governance and working-capital objectives.
• Drive supplier performance management and capacity planning.
• Collaborate across functions to accelerate new product development and readiness.
• Establish supply chain readiness gates and risk mitigation practices.
