Job summary

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to improve service, reduce cost, and optimize inventory and working capital. You will own end-to-end supply chain strategy, lead S&OP/S&OE processes, strengthen supplier performance, and collaborate with Commercial, R&D, Quality and Operations to accelerate product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business or related field.
• 10–15+ years of supply-chain and operations leadership experience.
• Experience in contract manufacturing, beauty/personal care or CDMO environments.
• Deep knowledge of batch/process manufacturing and packaging operations.
• Strong leadership in S&OP, S&OE, demand and supply planning, procurement, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution.
• Represent supply chain on the executive leadership team and manage key trade-offs.
• Translate orders, forecasts, and launches into supply scenarios affecting service, cost and capital.
• Lead S&OP and S&OE processes and weekly cadence for 0–4 weeks.
• Partner with Commercial and Customer Service to improve forecast quality.
• Provide leadership for procurement, supplier performance, and strategic sourcing.
• Oversee production planning and scheduling across multiple sites.
• Develop inventory governance and implement control policies.
• Drive cost reduction, productivity, and working capital improvements.
