Job summary

OSEA is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead strategy across supply chain, production, inventory planning, logistics and fulfillment, driving scale for a high-growth consumer brand while maintaining product quality and exceptional customer care.

You will partner with executive teams to set long-term operational strategy, build capable teams, optimize costs, and ensure on-time, in-full delivery as the business expands globally.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or related functions in a high-growth consumer business.
• Experience building and scaling operations for beauty/CPG categories is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and partner with Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across Operations including manufacturing, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, and customer care with clear KPIs.
• Develop and execute a multi-year operations and supply chain strategy to support growth and profitability.
• Build leadership bench strength and retain high-performing leaders within the Operations organization.
• Lead inventory planning, forecasting, and S&OP to optimize working capital and service levels.
• Own vendor management with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and 3PLs to balance cost and quality.
