Job summary

Menlo Ventures is seeking a Retail Supply Chain Operations Manager to build a reliable supply base that fuels retail growth. You’ll own end-to-end procurement, drive supplier performance, and partner with logistics and commercial teams to deliver scale and efficiency in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.

The role blends procurement, operations and cross-functional leadership to transform Supply Chain Ops into a strategic driver of growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in supply chain or related field.
• 6+ years in supply chain operations, procurement or vendor management; team lead experience is a plus.
• Strong supplier management skills and ability to negotiate favorable terms.
• Hands-on with procurement operations and troubleshooting.
• Experience with logistics, warehouse processes and KPI-driven execution.
• WMS, SAP or MRP experience preferred; SQL knowledge a plus.
• Fluency in English and Thai; strong communication across stakeholders.
• Agile, adaptable and thriving in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement from PO to inbound, storage and outbound fulfillment.
• Improve supplier performance, resolve delivery bottlenecks and ensure on-time replenishment.
• Drive reverse logistics to minimize obsolescence and costs.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams for seamless procurement-to-fulfillment.
• Represent Retail with suppliers and internal stakeholders to align sourcing with business goals.
• Standardize local Supply Chain Ops processes and key metrics.
• Ride-along on cross-functional projects driving measurable value.
