AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a visionary leader to head the Center of Expertise for Operational Excellence within PACE.

You will direct process design, development, and continuous improvement across sites, functions, and disciplines to enhance care delivery and compliance. In this role, you will drive standardization of processes, oversee shared services such as Transportation and Scheduling, and mentor teams to achieve operational targets and an exemplary participant experience across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years healthcare leadership experience with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of health care delivery systems and regulations.
• Expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Center of Expertise for process design and continuous improvement across PACE sites.
• Identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and drive adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Oversee shared services such as transportation and scheduling to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deliver a best-in-class participant experience.
