Job summary

AltaMed Health Services is seeking a PACE Care Center Supervisor to oversee clinical, administrative, and social services at the AltaMed PACE site. You will ensure compliant operations, support staff and budgets, and coordinate with internal and external resources.

The role requires a health care degree and at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, with experience across nursing, social work, psychology, and therapy disciplines. Bilingual abilities and a current BLS certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health care discipline preferred; license required if clinical degree.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in supervisor/management position in healthcare or related field.
• Experience collaborating with nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, therapy, and gerontology disciplines.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on site location preferred.
• Valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of designated operational areas at the PACE Care Center to ensure efficient delivery of care and services.
• Contribute to staff selection, retention, annual budgets, and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate care with internal and external resources to meet regulatory standards.
