AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a PACE Care Center Supervisor to support operational areas at the assigned site, including clinical support, participant care, administrative tasks, and care coordination with internal and external resources.

This role emphasizes staff development, budgeting, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with licensing standards while delivering high-quality health and social services to participants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supervisor or management position in healthcare or related field.
• Experience collaborating with nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, therapy, and gerontology disciplines.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on site location preferred.
• A valid BLS certification or higher following AHA/Red Cross guidelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of selected operational areas at the assigned site.
• Contribute administrative skills to staff selection and retention, annual budgets, and process improvement.
• Coordinate care with internal and external resources to deliver high-quality health and social services.
